Stick at it, ive got this car down to a 6:01 so far & trying to go under 6min at the moment!
(ive done about 500laps of the ring in gt4)
Yeah the Spirit R type A was a special edition of 500 cars to celebrate the end of 10yrs FD production! It had many cool features & mods over the normal FD including 16bit ABS instead of 8bit, as well as chassis & engine tweaks...etc!

Nice run... time could've been better, but it looks like a very well settled 400 Hp Rx7. I know how difficult it is to get a suspension setup right on the ring. Gr8 work!

good video. but time could still be improved with more accurate driving. i'm sure you've improved a lot since. did a 7'50 with on a stock rx7 fd.

the spirit was a edition made from the fd rx7 fd is the chassis style. the spirit r was a limited run with a little more horsepower and a few different mods

whats the difference between spirit and fd? sounds like an initial d soundtrack but u havent heard of this. well i havent finished hearing the entire collection anyway!

Nice run, but im sure with a 400hp rx7 you can get slightly better time,I get arpimd 7.22 with a 370HP FC.

hey nice video. is this car tuned for grip or drift? btw, i read ur previous vid comment/reply thing and just my suggestion but try lowering the ride height and increase the spring rate, i made better lap times, faster cornering, etc w/ that kind of settings...

Semi racing suspension, racing brakes. Softer dampers and spring rate in front, stiffer rear. Usually 6-rear 5-front spring rate and 7-rear 6 or 5-front dampers. Camber 1-front, 2-rear. No brake balance, sports brakes. Full Custom tranny set to 12-13 auto, semi racing flywheel, carbon driveshaft, 1.5 LSD and twin plate clutch. Soft sports tires. St1 turbo, port polish, engine balancing and ECU. Probably used sports exhaust, as long as hp never exceeds 400.
