This man, no excuse me, boy, deserves nothing. He never should have gotten out of jail. I think animal abuse should be punishable by death just like other crimes done to humans. It doesn't matter who did the "majority of the killing". He let this stuff happen. I think he deserves to either rot in prison or get the death penalty because we can all only imagine how many dogs died because of him.

Suffice it to say just be glad you live in the U.S. other countries cut off your hands for something as simple as petty theft. why? deterrence. The U.S. is the only place you see such high violent crime rate along with repeated felonies.
