Nine Inch Nails (abbreviated as NIN) is an American industrial rock music group, founded in 1988 by Trent Reznor in Cleveland, Ohio. As its main producer, singer, songwriter, and instrumentalist, Reznor is the only official member of Nine Inch Nails and remains solely responsible for its direction.

NIN's music straddles a wide range of genres, while retaining a characteristic sound using electronic instruments and processing. After recording a new album, Reznor usually assembles a live band to perform with him. The touring band features a revolving lineup that often rearranges songs to fit a live setting. On stage, NIN often employ spectacular visual elements to accompany performances, which frequently culminate with the band destroying their instruments.

reasons why this is my favourite NIИ song;

1. it's structure of saying a few words and then following with instrumentation that repeats through the song, which is incredibly simple and incredibly effective

2. it's content that it an anthem for the people out there who feels as though Got created them entirely for the purpose of shitting on, because all good things blow up in their faces

3. the fact that it won a Grammy, which tells me I am not alone

@hiroshadow2 first of all, there is NO most skilled individual or group of individuals. And if there were to be, chester would NOT be it. There's no way to measure the "highest skill"; "skills" is far too broad a term. Also, if you're so high and mighty about your precious chester/lp and insist that this is bullshit, then you're clearly implying that you listen to a band with shitty taste, since they COVERED this "bullshit". I hope that makes sense to you, because I really don't get you.
