@nathanjamesbaker You're the asshole. The remark wasn't stupid Mecklenborg acted like he was deaf he kept on asking the same things over and over and acted like he couldn't hear a thing. I could clearly understand everything the trooper said even with the microphone right up next to his chin. He clearly stated his questions to Mecklenborg with no "weird manner of talking" and was alot more patient then I ever would have been. So again you my friend are the asshole.

I'm surprised Meckenborg didn't resign quietly before this video made the rounds. He doesn't seem like the brightest guy in the video, so I guess that explains it.

@mikeholmanlovesyou The trooper is an asshole, for sure. At 2:35 he makes some stupid remark about whether the driver wears a hearing aid, just because he can't understand the trooper's weird mumbling lisp. I'm sure he's had the same problem with everyone he's ever pulled over, so he developed the hearing aid line as a way of deflecting from his weird manner of talking.
