i had this done today. they injected iodine on me first waited like 35 minutes, then when i actually went into the ct scan room, i lay down on this doughnut like machine and they injected the contrast on me, then when the scaning was going on i felt this heat inside my body then this puking sensation so bad omg it was really badd

@redbike2009 It's just like any other IV ... it feels like a painful pinch for a second or so. When the iodine is released you might feel a warming sensation throughout your body; I've only felt it once.
