I would start with a 15 lb club if you have no club experience -but have decent strength and no major shoulder issues. The 10 lb clubs feel really light and you may over power them too quickly. The 25 lb club presents a significant change in the leverage -much more challenging. Anything over 25 lbs is very challenging and could cause serious injury if your form and core control is poor ...hope this helps.
