Zamboni Dumps Snow

This is a video I took during a Philadelphia Phantoms game of the Zamboni emptying snow into a hole in the floor after it finished resurfacing the ice. It is amazing how much snow one Zamboni collects.

That guy driving makes great ice.

And yes, they do collect a lot of ice, about one to three tons are collected and dumped into the ice pit,depending on how far the blade goes down and how many resurfacers we use.

i think a set of ICE CAPS advertising plate that look like bottle caps would look great on there!!!!! you can get them from your local zamboni dealer!!!

does your boss know you took a full tank of snow off? how thick do you guys keep your ice if your taking a load off at a time? takes a good 3 full floods of water to replace that ice you took off!
