Ah, the good old days, when QANTAS still had a world-class reputation as a safety-first, bright, well-serviced, enterprising commercial airline. These days, under that dreadful foreigner Alan Joyce (who reminds one of the tragic case of Sol Trujillo at Telstra), QANTAS is a bit of a joke. I'd never fly with them in the modern day & age. After all, I do value my life & I also expect good service .. therefore QANTAS is out of contention.
