He plead guilty to disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and took the punishment of 18months of probation deal they offered. How is that mostly thrown out of court? If he wanted a civil rights trial, his lawyer would have had him first plead not guilty and taken it to court to get it thrown out for violating his rights. Then he could have sued the police. BUT he didn't.
