I got a real problem with my legs since they so dang skinny compared to my top and especially around my calf area they look like twigs really thin i can wrap my whole hand and finger around them i was really wondering for some good home workouts cos I go gym every other day and work them to power as well as my top half but some days i miss gym and tend to watch ur vids for home workouts but i dont have the equipment u do watz a good leg workout without that equipment?

@BrandonCarterTV I got the one day shipping for Ripcords so I got them yesterday. Im gonna see about the pull up bar and thanks for the reply I will follow your workout routines and make them really intense so I can lose fat and gain muscle! Ripcords got me nicely yesterday! Thanks for your reply!
