Vicious sledge-hammer elbow by Karl Malone on Isiah Thomas back in December of 1991.
The hit caused Isiah to get 40 stitches near his eye.
Ironically enough, Malone would only get ONE-game suspension.

How about the Karma that every time Malone made it to the finals, he couldn't get the job done. Even with Shaq,and K Bryant on his team he failed. I guess I would rather defend a winner, then a perennial loser like Malone that has a long history of throwing his elbows at 6 foot guards
