Congressman John Sullivan questioning BP CEO Tony Hayward as part of the Energy & Commerce Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations hearing on the Gulf oil spill.
Jingoism at its finest. "This wouldn't have happened with a U.S. oil company. U.S. is better than Britain, don't you agree, Mr. Hayward." Has Mr. Sullivan forgotten the Exxon Valdez? Yes, because he is a simple-minded pawn who knows only what he is told to know.
Thanks John. I liked the numbers and facts aproach. Tony was a pretty face to throw tomatoes at the real British Petroleum lurks untouched still yet. Were it not for British Petroleum we would not have Iraq today. I do hope that the political pork processors across the isle simply do not wipe their brow and continue to focus on draining the treasury now that the deep horizon is mostly plugged. I am proud that the Okie did not come across with Babbling Bombast.
