Men always suffer hard life and never cry. Men always compromise with his bad luck. Men never sue for not getting hired rather they turn themselves. Men earn and women spend his income, some women earn alot. Women always get favored from men .Dat why politicians are men & they make such policies which support women too much. No only this, Men never suit the company like women for not getting job(Gender descrimination). Survey have shown that women are the only one who control the money in the world. It is proved that 65% of income spent by women because of their habit. Even the most rich man , never spend such a huge money. Men earn money and women controlling it. I am being qualified enough to get job, But job offered to other girl who does nt have experience. Women cry and shows everything for mercy.

Please stop it women, Men are self destructing machine. All dangerous and hard work assigned to men. Bank like, Td, BMO, CIBC etc and all other office places are full of with women. Office administrative post and receptionists jobs are almost closed for men. Women are given more jobs and we can find men working in Factory even after having qualifications equal to women. Due to hard life of men, their average life has been reduced by 7 years. They work as truck driver or working in hazardous area

your not listening. The hours aren't the only thing the raw data of the mass surveys left out. They will merely collect the wages of 'Doctor' and compare the sexes. Doctor is abroad umbrella. They do not take into account that the majority of females may be in the therapy sector, whereas males make up a larger component of specialized surgeons. So it is not unjustified, it is completely misguided stats. Otherwise what would stop someone creating an all-female firm if its only half the payroll?

is there any data about a woman who works in the same company, same position, same seniority,same education,same experience , same evaluation, same results, same overtime as a man but still getting paid less? if so i would love to see it. so far i havent.
