So here, it is very obvious who the world holds as their God and High Priest. Jesus death took that place as High Priest of whom we confess all our sins, he is our intercessor. Romans 8:34 "Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us." .Hebrews 4:14 "Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession."

Who the people are we may ask? The word of God says in Revelation 12:17 "And the dragon(Satan) was wroth(angry) with the woman(Church), and went to make war with the remnant(peculiar people) of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ". So here we see, a people who keeps the commandments of God, who follows not the world, but the word of God while the world follows somebody(in authority), his title VICARIVS FILII DEI = 5+1+100+1+5+1+50+1+1+500+1 = 666

The mark on the forehead and hand represents our thoughts and actions. Book of Revelation is symbolic. Obviously, if the Pope taking over the world soon he will want peace but that's not going to work out well. He wants religion be the forefront of his rule. He wants a one day observance of worship which is for everybody to worship on Sunday. We see Sunday laws being passed in many countries but Pope is going to be very angry with a people who will never worship on Sunday even if it means death

People need to repent for their sin and accept Jesus Christ time is running out. Murderers who have killed people will see the ones they have killed: Isaiah 26:21 - Look! The LORD is coming from heaven to punish the people of the earth for their sins. The earth will no longer hide those who have been murdered. They will be brought out for all to see..Repent that your sins maybe blotted out, without Jesus Christ our sins remain and you will be lost forever.

@robertbrownell How did John get the book of Revelation? He said he was in the spirit. That's how I get my information, from Jesus by the Holy Spirit. All you have is what someone else got out of the spirit. You didn't even know what the mark of the beast was until I told you. Take a bible to church and tear it up, take one to your workplace and tear it up. Before you pay for your gas or groceries, tear up a bible. You'll realize you've already taken the mark of the beast.
