I'm not a tory voter, but osborne is doing what inevitably any other chancellor would have to do at this moment. Osborne has not been given much to work with from the last government. Give him a chance, Browns left a shithole to clear up

Just my opinion but these are the worst times to have men of privilege, not talent, wriggling their way to the positions of PM and Chancellor. People like me DO tend to see the Tories of the party of privilege but it's a crying shame for us all because they DO have people with ability, too. After 14 years of voting Lib Dem and being betrayed two Mays ago, I finally made a vote that counted and took part in the battering of them in the local elections in York.

In the current mess the country is in would it not be a good idea if we were to create 1 super party which would mean we would take the best politicians from all the parties and form 1 big party rather than waste a lot of money on duplicate jobs look at the money this would save, less expenses, less party conferences

and surely by doing this we would get the best people for the job, labour must have some good politicians, also the conservatives plus some of the other parties.

People moaned about The Labour Leadership but what's happening now under the conservatives Cuts, Cuts & More Cuts the country is in the worst position it's ever been in. No jobs for anyone, student fees ridiculous & retirement age will end up be 100 (but they keep taxing us) I forgot to mention thank you George for not increasing the Fuel charge, not increasing the Fuel charge we are already paying far too much (you must all think we are stupid) come on Britain pull together before it's too late
