Safe Haven Villages 90 acres White Hill property

I shot this video on around March 3, 2010. The property is located about 2 miles north of Ephraim, Utah, and 2 miles east of State Road 89.

We closed on the property on March 29, 2010.


Once we get a major subdivision approved, the property could accommodate up to 18 homes, tucked away in the trees at the base of the hill. We'll start with a minor subdivision for four homes, including mine (the Sterling & Cheri Allan family of six).




Over on the East side, shown earlier in this footage, is actually a small water fall of about 12-15 feet (when there's water, e.g. during a downpour). We didn't discover that until after purchasing the property. It will be a great area for meditation.


The property is situated on the south slope of White Hill, to the northwest of where Little Pigeon Hollow Rd. (a dirt county road) bends from heading straight south to heading west-west-south.

This is not to be confused with the "White Hills" along newly re-paved Pigeon Hollow Road to the north.
