  • What can one say - a wonderful interpretation,as perhaps only Lipatti could have achieved. The cadenza (probably his own composition) is a delight, listen for the three descending octaves in the left hand at the end of the cadenza - he brings the whole piece to life.

  • @WelshSaddler - Ideed, he wrote his own cadenzas.

  • @WelshSaddler - Indeed, he wrote his own cadenzas.

  • multumim pentru postare!

  • Merci Marc d'avoir posté cet enregistrement.

  • Brilliant! Bravo! TY.

  • Oh, how magnificent!

  • where can I search the cadenza of this concert?

    Brilliant!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Bello Bello !!!

  • it's like roller-coaster, it makes you dizzy! wow!

  • Amazing cadenza!! It's as if Mozart had written it himself! Such a perfect part of a concerto, perfectly fitting it and displaying its theme at the same time!

  • How joyful it sounds!

  • I understand why everybody says that when Lipatti plays, the music plays itself. It is pure sound, pure music whose vehicle is him. He is so fit for Mozart! But then he is so fit for Bach, for Chopin, for piano solo, for orchestra.
