I go on email setup and the only option is to say 'i want to use a work email account with a BES'... so i click next, and it asks me 'has your BES administrator provided you with an Enterprise Activation password'... do i need to contact my network provider to get the password? If i click 'no i haven't received a password' i cannot continue with the email setup

@PhillipsBenjamin If your company has a BES server then yes you will need to speak with your BES administrator to obtain the Enterprise Activation password - If your compnay does not have a BES server then you will need to contact your service provider to change your data plan to a BIS compatible data plan
Hope that helps.

@i6055c If you have a BES and a BES plan then you will not see the BIS set up and vise versa if you have the BIS plan then you will not see BES set up options.
Also if you have BES then your administrator has some control over what your device can and can't do..
hope that helps.
