This pretzel crusted chicken breast recipe is perfect for busy weeknights. Boneless skinless chicken breasts are topped with an orange flavored sauce and sprinkled with crushed pretzels in this easy baked chicken recipe.

For this pretzel chicken breast recipe, you will need:

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 cup crushed pretzels ( you can make them by just putting whole pretzels in a food processor and pulsing until crushed)
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the mayonnaise, orange marmalade, mustard and soy sauce in a medium bowl and mix together until smooth.

Now brush the mixture on the chicken breasts. If you have a pastry brush or a grill brush that works best, but you can also use a spoon.

Now sprinkle the crushed pretzels on top in a thin even layer.

Bake the chicken breasts for 15 minutes.

Now drizzle the melted butter over the chicken breasts -- this helps the pretzels get nice and golden - and put the chicken back in the oven to bake for another 15 to 25 minutes until an instant read thermometer.

And here are the pretzel crusted chicken breasts.
