i hate to break it to you but that actually is the button that switches the saber on weather it be in the movies or anything of the sort most all custom graflex sabers such as this have the activation switch on the back where this one is as well ask any saber builder who knowes his shit.

Why would you take something awesome like that and take it apart. Now there is like no way you can fight now. I did that with the yoda hasbro plastic lightsaber I cant get it back together.

I didnt say it was badly designed i think it is very well made, i just asked why and thought it was random and everyone knows thats not the button which switches on the Saber in the movies. i didnt call him fucking stupid for getting it wrong i just brought it to his attention, it may not even be wrong, have may have done it intetionally, thats why i asked.

nothing, but the speaker chamber wasn't finished.
take a look at the video response, you can see the finished saber and a new one;)

Ah, very nice mixture of my sound fonts!! I can tell that the speaker you are using may need to cover a bit larger dynamic range, but that may also be the sound recording of your camera...
