Final CBS Biskitts Break September 1985

From September 7, 1985, First we have plugs for Rolo and Cap'n Crunch... then its the closing to the final network airing of the Biskitts (Which had replaced Shirt Tales earlier in the spring and was replaced the following week by The Berenstain Bears, as the voiceover announces), followed by a plug for Raisin Bran.

I think nbc replaced shirttales with the snorks that year. I msd the intro to the in the news segment. 'Im christopher glen and this is in the news'.

The Biskitts was CBS' answer to The Smurfs on NBC (both being Hanna-Barbera productions). 8^B

I wonder why the Shirt Tales plug got pulled in the Spring... seems kinda rare.. if i remember CBS picked up Shirt Tales from NBC which made CBS's morning line-up even stronger IMO... can't remember what NBC replaced them with but they had quite a horrible line-up aside from the Smurfs.. CBS had to beat them and ABC hands down in the ratings on saturday mornings
