I bagged groceries and now I work in an office, I'd rather bag groceries. Physical labor is more satisfying. Unfortunately the office pays more :( and has better health insurance...

It is easy to have high skilled labor. How? If you need nurses. Give government backed scholarships and lots of people, if they are channeled into skilled labor degrees and job training. or they can go back to school right now not for a degree but to get a license or certificate training. You will find you get a lot of skilled labor. Say I want to be a certified as a teacher to teach AP classes. That is a 450 dollar class. Say you need more teachers to teach that: give grants for that
