Men and women certainly differ when it comes to what they look for. Obviously it depends on the individual but most guys just like a women who they attracted to, can have a good conversation with and is a nice, chilled out person. Where as for some women, you hear the word confidence used so much... Who gives a crap if someone is confident or not.. Personally, I think a girl who is quite shy and doesn't think they're the best thing since sliced bread is far better. Some women are weird...
