Let face it! Makeup brushes aren't cheep, so one of the best way to maintain it, is to keep it clean. Brushes should be clean properly after every usage, not only for personal hygiene, but to prolong the life of your brushes.

Materials:

- Olive oil
- A small cup or a big bowl (for bigger brushes)
- Your brushes
- A towel or anything to dry your brushes with.
- Brush guards (optional and can be purchase at www.thebrushguard.com)
- A cup or anything to hold your brushes in.

  • Yes, how did you make holes in your brushes? I think that's an excellent idea.

  • @SupremeGardenia I used a drill. LOL. Sorry, but I've been so busy (but lazy more. lol), so I haven't been making videos. :)

  • your video is exactly like michelle phan's....hm.

  • @VietxPeanutButterxD Is it because we're Asian? LOL There's not much to cleaning the brushes, and anyone who took art, will know pretty much the same methods to clean their brushes. Maybe Michelle got it from Enkore too, because he was a guru, and most of his videos were out first. :) PS... the MOST correct way to pronounce her last name is like FAN, not like how she say it "fawn". LOL

  • Are you out of your mind? Why in the world, would I make holes on a $50,00 brush. You should be banned out of youtube. It looks like you you got a hole in head!

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE your makeup! <3

  • @MeSUpretty lol. err... i know how to pronounce her name.....i'm vietnamese. awkward.

  • @vivyfbaby indeed she did, and so did everybody else before and after her. LOL

  • Olive oil will not only make the brush smooth, it also helps remove the dirty stuff! Michelle Phan did a video on using olive oil to remove makeup..

  • I know I may be a little late. But yes I would love to know how you made holes in your brushes and how can I do that too. Thanks :)
