Metal - Nine Inch Nails - Las Vegas, Pearl Ampitheater May 18, 2009 NIN | JA

Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor announced that the upcoming NIN|JA tour with Janes Addiction would feature unheard of relaxed camera allowances at many of the tour dates and venues. For the first time fans were encouraged to bring in their cameras. Still cameras, video cameras, mp3 audio recorders etc! With only a few restrictions to prevent the big money broadcast types from stealing the show....

Carpe Diem! I had FLOOR tickets at the exclusive Pearl Amphitheater inside the Palms Hotel & Casino. I brought my HD video camera and shotgun microphone and did the best I could!

It was difficult to balance trying to watch and experience the show I was attending while also trying to film the concert. Having my arms extended above my head for long periods of time staring through a 2.5x3" LCD panel, while moving with the ebb and flow of the tidal crowd was challenging - but being 6 foot 9 has it's advantages :)

One of the best concerts I have ever seen. period.

at that moment, I felt compelled to fondle the hot blonde next to me in an inappropriate manner, and I filmed it... but later had to censor it or face her wrath. Id rather fondle her again instead!
