Ahh I can't belive I actually finished this. I had to force myself to complete it.
Sorry about the syncing. There was one point where I was ready to throw WMM out the window. Ugh. Anyone know of an affordable easy to use video editor? I'm Sick of WMM.

Anyways, this idea came to me while watching Dr. Horrible for the umpteenth time.
I got the sudden urge to see Richie dressed as Dr. H for some reason. Then my brain started matching up other people to the rolls as well and thus I created this.

Penny - Virgil (yes I made V the girl^^)
