*High rep High Intensity*
{Building muscular endurance and leaning out the body for a more ripped look}
In this clip we perform different variations of leg workouts all in high reps 15-20.
Few exercises we do back to back sets ((example- squats(20reps) straight to side lunges (20reps) and rest for no more than 30 seconds.))
The key here is to push your body and muscles until fatigue and eventually muscle failure gives in. Necessarily theres no need to go with heavy weight because of the high intensity and reps you will perform, but you want to have enough weight where you will struggle to almost the last 10 reps.
