yea i think it's the achiles or near the foot cause when I go down I fall back mostly all the time and a little info about the lowerback won't hurt either thanks, keep up your hard work

Hoping to start doing these regularly. Should help my transition from straddle planche onwards. the second I close my legs, my Lats don't take as much weight as they do in straddle, so I crumble. lower back strengthening will help

wow you can up your legs pretty high on the first exercice , your lower back is really strong.
i didnt know the second exercice , think i gonna add it in my training.

beast what do you do for legs and for more flexiblity? like specific stuff cause i cant do a good form sqaut cause of my flexibility

as you probably know squat is the MOTHER!!! have you try to do a front squat...it does really help you, i'll say force you to do it in good form! where do you have flex problem? lower back, achiles?
