Nick: *... the way she made him smile...* im fine.

Sel: *watches him as he looks over her slowly but she turns away and walks to the far end of the room, ignoring him* ok....

Nick: *thinking i cant like her!!! Shes the only one who listens and notices me.... i cant lose that* *stands up and walks to the door, pauses in the doorframe and glances at her* Im going to cook breakfast. What do you want?

Sel: *smiles, walks past him and into Frankies room* Ill help you *sees Jake still on the bed* were getting breakfast. Be down soon, ok, hun?

Jake: *puts the gameboy down on the bed and joins her at the door* Ill come, now *puts his arms around her waist*

Sel: *kisses his head and grabs his hand, leading him down the stairs* come on, then.

Nick: *smiles as he watches and follows them downstairs and into the kitchen*

Jake: OH!!! *turns and runs back upstairs* I forgot to tell Frankie. Hes in the shower. Ill be back in a minute.

Sel: *watches him and turns to the kitchen table, leans her arms on it* what do i do, now, chief?

Nick: *turns around and rests his body on the table opposite her* You, Jake and Frankie go into the living room and do whatever while i cook food.

Sel: You sure you dont need help?

Nick: Ill be fine *turns as the two boys run downstairs*

Frankie: *runs up to Sel and rests his soaking hair on her (Nicks) top* Morning, Selly.

Sel: *giggles* Morning, Frankster.

Frankie: *lets go of her and pushes Jake into the living room* Come on. I wanna show you my new game! *runs out shoving Jake ahead of him*

Nick: *chuckles and turns back to Sel* How do you do it?

Sel: *confused and looks at him aswell* Do what?

Nick: Frankie and Jake... You like have them both worshiping you. Its like you have a superpower with strangers which makes everyone love you or something.

Sel: *shrugs and sits down on the kitchen stool* eh... i just know how to treat kids. Theyre easy to figure out. Frankies so cute, though.

Nick: *raises his eyebrows at her and grins slightly* you do know hes ALOT younger than you, right?

Sel: Not my fault EVERYONE is in love with me. You said it yourself *smiles at him*

Nick: *smiles back at her quickly and turns away to hide his now turning red face* right, anyway. Go join the others in the living room while i cook. What do you want? *Reaches up opening a cupboard and reaches for a few cereal boxes and places them on the kitchen table*

Sel: whatever youve got. Jake and i arent really picky. Well eat anything *stands up and walks up to his face and looks in his eyes* Thanks for letting us stay the night. I know it means the world to Jake and i dont like to take my eyes off him. Thanks for letting me stay in your room.

Nick: *stares at her with his mouth slightly open but doesnt say anything*

Sel: *kisses his cheek slowly and turns and walks quickly into the living room, embarrassed*

Nick: *Smiles as he watches her go, turns back to the food grinning*

*in the living room*

Frankie: *Sees Sel come in and throw herself on a seat, gives his controller to Jake and sits next to her, laying his head on her shoulder*

Sel: *smiles and puts her arm around him and rests her head on his*

Frankie: *smiles gently* Sel... if i ask you something... do you promise to tell me the truth?

Sel: Depends what it is, buddy. What is it?

Frankie: *looks towards the doorway making sure Nick isnt there and turns back* Ive never seen Nicks friends before... Youre the first one.... Are you like his... special friend??? *looks up at her*

Sel: *embarrassed but tries to hide it* what do you mean by special friend, Frankster?

Frankie: uh... like, do you like him? I mean, we saw you guys cuddling earlier on the floor asleep... are you his girlfriend or something?

Sel: *goes bright red but tries to tuck her face more into Frankies hair but he moves to face her* no, im not dating your brother, Frankie. We have more in common than any other people at school. But so far... i guess you could call me his best friend.

Jake: *listening the whole time, snorts but still has his eyes fixed on the video game* PLEASE!!! Best friends dont flipping cuddle and act like you and Nick do. Face it, Sel. You guys like each other.

Sel: uh... Jake, course i like Nick. Hes my friend. Why wouldnt i treat him like my friend?

Jake: Whatever. Good luck, Frankie! Shes a stubborn one *winks at Sel, teasing her*

Frankie: *chuckles and hugs Selena again* Selly, I maybe young but i know when my brother likes someone. I know the difference when people like and love each other. Believe me, your not just one of those people he just likes.
