depends on what you like. highland park is a very smooth whisky, while ardbeg is mostly smokey as a pure peat fire. get back to me if you want tips and tricks about what to get.!

Highland Park 18 yo. is great, it has some smoke in the finish, the Ardbeg 10 yo. is much more peaty, it has a bit of the sweetnes found in highland park but not the honey.

Laphroaig is not so much a good scotch as it is an attitude that can be addictive as well as fun. Ardbeg is not available where I live. Next time I'm in the UK I'll score a bottle.

Yes, much better. Laphroaig and Lagavulin too. Islay got the best whisky in the world! :)
