Silly fearmongering. Against those who posess ICBM (states), there is deterrence. And against all other WMD threats, ballistic missile defense is useless. This is just a bunch of Republicans and military hardliners trying to get money for new toys.

Also: Look at the tag section of this video's info. The uploader (who also produced the movie) tagged the words "bailout", "stimulus" and "obama". This so-called "documentary" is right-wing propaganda bullshit.
