this demo reel is a complete package, considering the start, mid and end of the video u worked really hard to get this right. this was awesome as the skill u showed was inbuilt and not to be taught by someone
also the way you put ur skills to use was way too rated.

I recommend After Effects. Its a cleaner workflow and also gives you more control over your assets. Motion is good for doing small projects for family or just doing something really fast and easy, although the program comes with some great assets like video pics etc. But if you want to learn mograph and take it seriously use AE. Hope this helps.

basically Illustrator is for all design and packaging. The reason I use it is so that I can use vector art in my work so that way it will never pixelate. But any design (logo tshirts magazine covers) are all illustrator
