Sehr gute sowohl musikalische, wie tontechnische Qualität ! Umso weniger gefällt mir das zur Zeit dazu eingeblendete Bild dazu. Nach meinem Empfinden ist nicht nur öde, sondern passt auch sehr schlecht zur Musik.

Wonderful. One wonders what his later work would have been like had he lived. This early death together with that of Bellini I think are the most frustrating in the history of the Romantic movement. I also love the Gothic romance scene you have chosen to accompany this. Do you know who painted it??

@talmadge1926 Yes, it's a painting by the American artist Thomas Cole called "The Return." Cole was yet another artistic genius from the early 19th century whose life ended much too soon, in his mid-40s.
