What materials would they have used to plan the attacks that would have to be removed?
I've heard of a drill from 2000 where they came up with a scenario of a plane accidentally crashing into the pentagon. That's not very surprising considering the fact that it's near an airport. I don't know about the 1991 drill that you speak of. Do you have a link?

not without raising a bunch of red flags... it's possible that they planned 9/11 from WTC 7....
did you know that the one face of the pentagon destroyed by "flight 77" was where they conducted military drills of planes hitting the WTC and Pentagon back in 1991?
to make 100% sure that they got rid of all of the evidence they had to destroy WTC 7 and that one side of the pentagon...

That video shoots itself in the foot. It's trying to convince us that WTC7 was a controlled demolition by comparing it to controlled demolitions that don't look or sound the same.

you seen the DVD by AE911 truth? they got high zoom video of the thing, all done very nicely, it shows much my friend. I would jsut wish you would consider it

I saw that infomercial. I think it's all been debunked already. I know most of it has, at least. Some of those debunkings can be found in the description of this video. I liked his box show, though. :)
