It is so good to know he was an awesome Christian man that loved God!! While he can never be replaced I am glad we here in Lincoln have Rex Burkhead and Taylor Martinez that praise God on and off the field...its awesome to know there are good men influencing our awesome team to love God at every turn! ;-)

Brook Berringer had alot of heart for football and off the field. Nebraska needs another quarterback with heart like Brook.

Nebraska Need another Brook Berringer. This kind of athlete is the best kind to have. He was not full of himself, he knew there were more important things than football, reached out to the community and gave back, he didn't care whether or not he was a starter. That is what Nebraska needs.
