As you pointed it, diff. mainly comes for the load capacity. Movements are also slightly more precise. I think the price is given by a more robust construction / quality; a probably best ergonomics and utilization pleasure. 405 is a very impressive piece and you should only consider it if you plan for the best usability, or clearly wants to carry heavy camera and lens very steady. You need a great tripod with 405, you'd not consider under a 055CX — see Manfrotto configurator website

Could you tell if there is much difference between 410 and 405 ? (405 cost twise much as 410 and i think it's supports 7,5 kg and 410 - 5kg). is there any major difference in which 405 wins ? Thanks
