JilloftheValley. Your babiess are BEAUTIFUL! Did I correctly read that 1 of them was hit by a car or was that a different poster? My heart goes out to anyone who loses a pet. I lost my two boys 2.5 yrs ago on the same day 10 hours apart. One died at home in my Mom's arms and my Siamese, my Sweet Akasha, was put down 10 hours later due to severe pain brought on my cancer. My Golden died 6 months ago. I still have two small dogs and love all animals. These cats are/were lucky to have you!

@Corriebeth6 You are correct. One was hit by a car and a year or so later the calico died from old age. She was a happy outdoor feral cat for many years. I loved coming hoe from work each day to these two. It will never be the same.

@ninjacat777 Where I live, two cans of Friskies per day costs $45-60 a month, depending on where you buy the food. I've bought many types of the more expensive (supposedly healthier) brands of wet and dry food, and my cats won't eat it. They like Friskies, Fancy Feast and Meow Mix. I am willing to spend the money to feed them something more healthy but I can't stand to throw expensive cat food away time after time, or see them be hungry.
