Anthony Wade (Dr Voice) describes meeting Stuart Sharp in the early 80's and finally working with him. I first met Stuart Sharp when he was living rough in Shepherds Bush UK. He was sitting on the pavement opposite The BBC Television Centre with a guitar by his side. As a musican myself I was intrigued and stopped to ask him what he was doing. He told me the most incredible story about a dream of composing music, writing a book and making a film. Initially I thought he was quite mad but I felt deeply sorry for the poor man. I thought about it and offered him some accommodation at my home for a few weeks to learn more about his dreams. I discovered he was a musical genius but without any means whatsover of realising his dreams. I explained that to make his dreams come true he must go away and talk to me again when he had made a fortune. I did not see him again for 15 years. He called me one day out of the blue and told me he had worked day and night to make all the money necessary to hire myself, orchestrators, buy a fully equiped demo recording studio and hire the world's greatest orchestras. I was, quite franlky in a state of shock. I then worked with all of the above people and Stuart for the next five years to bring Stuart's dreams into reality. It is one of the most amazing stories ever told. Here are some clips.
Regards Dr Voice.
