@coveredindouchbags The thing is, if the guy at best western lies to the police and says we are all over his property, even if all we do is skim there (which is legal, they can only legally own up to the high tide line), the cops are going to believe the adult. It sucks but its true. The guy isnt concerned about his guests being hurt by us or even us just disturbing the guests (the beach was empty other than us when i filmed this) he just doesnt like skimboarders.

@ppjt141287 you should find out if they legally own it. and file a class action, harassment lawsuit. and jury trial! cops pick on kids too much. because they dont know their rights they make easy targets.

Cops again protecting who they serve! Large corporations! check out my channel....peace....... what if you were on a boat would that be trespassing? in the public waterway? Or is that beach listed as their property? you should check to see if they even own it or are liable for. This just sounds wrong
