Excellent teacher and demonstrator. Love how she connects the rhythmic pulse of the sound with the energy channels within us...7 notes, 7 chakras, 7 gates of Heaven....Would love to know if Ms. Redmond resides anywhere close to Toronto...would love to learn...in person...just clear, concise, and soothing. Thank you for sharing.
