Laundaus serves farm to table sandwiches, but its signature dish isn't a sandwich -- it's pork belly so good it doesn't need a bun. Smoked & cured, then wrapped up and slow roasted with rosemary and thyme, thick sliced, grilled and served on a stick with maple syrup and special seasoning. It's food that makes people happy.
