@mara114828 - the cheaper ones would be Premiere Elements or maybe Sony Vegas - I guess you just want control over how the images move and transition, so they should give you a little more control.

Hello, thanks for sharing all this info. Can I ask you a question? I would love to know if there is an easy program out there to make short movies using pictures, right know I use window movie maker. Any suggestion? Thank you so much again for sharing and best of luck in your endevour:)
