The technology Tesla used to light the light bulbs is a technology that is still being suppressed today.
Tesla called it "radiant energy" and created it by powering a antenna / his Teslacoil with ultra short (1ns) DC sparks. Radiant energy hardly looses intensity with increasing distance compared to the electromagnetic field. A simple metal plate can be used to receive / catch the radiant energy. And when the metal plate is grounded by a capacitator it converts radiant to regular electricity!

These are two very known concepts of phisics, the induction law of michael farday and the electric resonance in RLC circuit. At high frecuencys, the induction is higher, but there is a reactance from the coil. This reactance is cancelled by the capacitive reactance of the capacitor, and then, no problem. Just another hotshot company taking advantage of and claiming as their own something that Tesla did almost 100 years ago... This technology didn't have obstacles - it was SUPRESSED. Why is technology dabbling in black magic? We are playing with things that are beyond our evolution. If all the cells in our body respond to our environment and we have not evolved to deal with EMF & ELF, does anyone associate the rise in cancers and other degenerative diseases to the constant dirty electricity we are being exposed to? These companies need to focus on educating and creating devices to protect what is already out there before bringing out more damaging devices.

1880 to 2009... What else awaits our society that Tesla conceived so long GO? Is someone now going to solve our energy crisis by using Tesla's unfunded dream and vision at Wardenclyffe? I pray they do and give him credit for which he is has earned.
