Here is the owner of MD Arms (Mike Davidson) and myself shooting one of his full automatic Saiga 12's with one of MD's 20 rounds drums. Has to be one of the funnest things I have ever done!!
@KauaiBoy1203 thanks, but know that the constitution doesn't care what type of gun you have as long as you don't cause harm. that congress with all the bull.
@chipareu You are mostly true. Transferable Mac10s can be around $3,000, while transferable MG42 are around $80,000. Unfortunatley b/c there were no Saiga 12s on the registry before 1986, a civilian actually can not even buy one if they had $1,000,000. Completely unconstitutional, but the law is the law.
@chipareu Class 3 dealers can do what they want. they can legally convert any gun to full auto. However, it is only for them and other Class 3 dealers to own. Those made/converted after 1986 can NOT be sold to civilians. Octanejunglist has no idea what he is talking about.
@octanejunglist You are very wrong. Please stop posting completely incorrect information on the internet. There is no "longer wait" for full auto. It woul dbe a standard Form 4 transfer. The trick is that you have to find full auto receivers/sears that were on the registry before the 1986 MG ban. unfortunatley, there were NO Saiga 12 full autos on the registry before the ban=no MGs for civis.
