WEll. I already got one samsung cellphone (model 620) and it has really low signal relatively to other cellphones.
his sar rating is not really low (at least my equipment says so). You will see both cellhpones in a film.

I got via ebay most safer cellphone called samsung sgh s105.
When it wil larive I will make some measurements video about using this cellphone compared to others.

@NoRadBlog -- You are 100% correct.
The damage has nothing to do with temperature.
The effect is non thermal (before heating is detected by the body)
