    omg that was what I was thinking! It would totally make sense because it wouldn't be too hard for him to collaborate with Ivy about possibly manipulating the scent. He probably convinced Ivy to help him in return for her escape from Arkham and would explain why Ivy was willing to befriend Harley even if it was out of some kind of guilt for making her loose her mind.
