B&W Tutorial for Lightroom (and PS)

This photo was taken at La Jolla, California on my last trip. Unfortunately I had a LOT of rain the first couple of days and I wanted to delete all the photos I took. So I tried to save them by converting them into black and white.
Normally I try to edit my photographs as less as possible but I always have a couple of photographs that are so dull and flat looking that they need a little extra work. It's either that or throwing them out.
This tutorial shows how to convert a gray-looking photo into a high contrasted black and white photo, using Lightroom 2 or up and Photoshop CS.
***Please note that the photo used in this tutorial is a RAW file. This way of processing might not work with a JPEG file.***

Without sound, it's best to view in full mode, that way one can see the settings.

Awesome work! Now I need to install Lightroom again. =)
