I'm so glad you posted this video Jules! I make mine with all the same stuff as you, but I was putting it together differently and it is way more difficult and they fall apart too much. What I didn't do was cook my tortillias first - will do that from now on! And also I didn't add the sauce and chicken broth to the chicken first - I just layered the sauce, chicken and cheese inside the tortillia - I'm doing it your way from now on!!! Thanks!!!

@MsCindyLady lol...I know my mom rolled her eyes at me....she was totally agreeing! :) So I did good?? :) lol...I hope you do try it, I love the sauces and juices in the chicken...so flavorful! My sister is 1/2 white, 1/2 Mexican, she claims the Mexican more though! hehe...I'll be making them beans soon! :) Thanks for watching and commenting! Jules:)

Jules Loved this vid. You make yours somewhat different then mine so I learned some new things to try and who doesn't love learning something new? One thing I do that I can't give up is I add a cup of sour cream to my sauce. I think my fam would revolt if I didn't LOL. But I am going to add some chicken broth to my sauce next time and add onion in with my chicken when I cook it. MMM so good!

@jannaviles I hope you like it. Although these look pretty awesome just as they are. Adding sour cream might actually turn them into "crack" Enchiladas LOL.
