How To Fix PS3 Disc Tray Problem/ Wont Read disc fix

What you got to do is open everything, open the disc tray thing, then pull the black thing in the side down, to make it seem like there is a disc inside then put a disc in the thing then put the white thing on top, then turn ps3 on. then it works! you got to turn your ps3 off each time your going to put a new disc in. you also cant put it all back together you got to leave the ps3 open like that, it looks ugly but it works and you wont have to waste your money fixing it or sending it Sony.

try cleaning the lens if that doesn't work you have to replace the mechanism, best option and only option. don't forget to remove you game or CD first before you open start cleaning or replacing thing.
