If Than Shwe jails our leader Aung San Su Kyi, we should assassinate his grandsons and daughters as revenge.
Please do something for ourselves, our country, younger generation and our religion rather than shouting or/and praying.

How Than Shwe family and his family should be punished?

Firstly, His grandsons should be killed by hanging them or cut their throat in front of their family.

Then Daw Kyaing Kyaing should be thrown from the top of Traders Hotels.

Then the rest of the family should be killed one by one by cutting their head.

Lastly, Than Shwe should be chopped every single part of him and let them feed to dogs in front of him. He must be watched dogs are eating his body and balls.

Pls discuss!

Because she was grew up in Britain and graduated from world's best Oxford university and also she studied in School of Oriental and African Study in London. Plus her husband is an educated English man and has two children who live in Oxfordshire. :)
God Bless Daw Aung San Suu Kyi

She has a British accent because her husband, the late Michael Aris, was an Englishman.

With all due respect, Daw Suu Kyi is wrong. ASEAN countries reap a lot of benefits from Myanmar.

She is also not completely correct to say that things are getting worse for the people. It's a big country. Life has not improved much for many people, but there is visible growing affluence in the cities.

She is completely correct in pointing out the ethical/moral issues with the current regime. But since when are these issues ever a prerequisite for successful business?

ASEAN DOES get many things out of Myanmar, or should I say, BURMA, but by doing this, they're taking advantage of the Burmese People because all the profits the government is making goes only to the Junta's pockets, not to the millions of impoverished Burmese.

And don't you know that Burma is one of the poorest countries on earth? Yes, it's true that Life has NOT improved for the people, but as the junta rules this country with an iron fist, the dictators get richer and richer by the day.

Burma's junta wont pay a shred of notice
To the western worlds voice of protest
If the mad dog of asia is to be put on a leash
Then all asian trade with Burma needs to cease.
This form of non-violent intervention will get general Than Shwe's undivided attention
The world watches as Burma suffers and dies but its in asia where the real solutions lie
Thailand has a golden opportunity to take
centre stage
And wipe this brute from histories
Page.

A golden branch is dying on the tree
Of the South East Asian family
Yet brothers and sisters of that same tree
Place love of money before democracy
So Burma's sad land is stripped and levelled as her brothers and sisters continue to deal with the devil
General Than Shwe knows his ugly regime will always exist for as long as illicit and amoral trade persists
Burma's near neighbours hold the key
To restoring Burma's stolen
Democracy.

ASEAN holds sacrosanct the principle of non-interference. In my view, this principle is a convenient excuse for states within ASEAN, which have shady human rights records themselves, to allow one another to avoid the delicate issue of them oppressing their respective citizenries and still maintain an acceptable front as a legitimate and civilised caucus. If they had any morals and ethics, the Burmese junta should have long paid for all the suffering it forced on the Burmese people.
